FINANCING OPTIONS 

Available October 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008. No payment until December 2008.
Earn the Merschman Seeds cash discount up front and interest accrues monthly at variable Citibank
Prime interest rate to Farm Plan^TM from time of purchase until December 2008. $1,000 minimum
initial purchase. All programs are subject to Farm Plan^TM special terms disclosure and Farm Plan^TM
credit approval. 120 day no payment, no interest option available upon request. For additional

FARM PLAN^TM APPLICATION DEADLINES

Transmittal forms must be received in Merschman Seeds, Inc.'s office no later than 5:00 PM on the
last day of the month to qualify for that month's cash discount (faxing is the preferred method).

Merschman Seeds, Inc. assumes no complications will be associated with the approval process from
Farm Plan^TM.

If delays occur from credit limits to low, additional financial information needed, such as
balance sheet and tax returns, customer does not have a preferred account, past due
at Farm Plan^TM or seasonal terms balance not paid off for previous year.
