Merschman Seeds is seeking an outstanding individual to join the sales team as an Area Sales Manager for Southeast Iowa. This sales territory covers the counties of Marion, Mahaska, Keokuk, Washington, Louisa, Monroe, Wapello, Jefferson, Henry, Des Moines, Davis, Van Buren, and Lee in Iowa.

You will be responsible for building the brand awareness of Merschman Seeds in the area by marketing the company's corn, soybean, wheat, and alfalfa brands both direct to farmers and through retail dealers, lead grower meetings, and connect with the right customers and ultimately increase sales in the designated areas.

A minimum of three years of sales experience is required and Bachelor's of Science degree is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with good driving record, good credit and be eligible to work in the US.
